Hi everyone! Welcome to my “Healthy-Livings” website. ‘Health is Wealth‘ is a famous saying that refers to the importance of health to us. If we are not healthy then we will not be able to enjoy the materialistic wealth gathered by us. Health is a wealth that money can’t buy.

Healthy living is having the opportunity, capability and motivation to act in a way that positively affects our physical and mental well-being. Paying attention to what we eat, being physically active, and learning more about our food and lifestyle can help us meet our health goals.

Anything that we eat or drink, our emotions, environment, social and physical activities affect our health in many ways. Healthy living is a way of living that lowers the risk of being seriously ill or dying early.

 

THE HIDDEN CURE FROM FOOD

My wife was diagnosed with having big stone in her left kidney. The doctor said she needed to undergo a procedure Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) immediately. My wife couldn’t bear the intense pain, so we proceeded with the procedure. Three months later, another stone was found in her right kidney. The doctor again advised her to go under the same procedure. A friend of mine suggested her to take parsley and apple instead.  We didn’t have enough money at that time. Instead of going through another procedure, we followed the recommendation of our friend. One month later, the doctor was surprised when he couldn’t find anymore the stone in my wife’s right kidney. We couldn’t believe a cure can be coming from plants. 

 

THERE IS HOPE IN ANY ILLNESS

The foods that we eat every day are one of the reasons why we get sick. Foods also have the ability to cure illnesses. Choosing the right food is important to keep us healthy, along with exercise, meditation, positive thinking, refraining from tobacco and alcohol, avoiding stress and having enough sleep.

 

UNDERSTANDING OUR BODY

The human body is a wonderful machine. But like any other machine, sometimes it fails due to improper care, negligence, unhealthy foods, negative thoughts, and laziness. When it fails, we go to doctors for treatment. But there are natural remedies from foods and herbs that can also heal the illnesses. There are ways on how to attain perfect health.
